Club Activities
Chaitanya International School works towards enhancing the personality of each child for all-round development, thereby nurturing the students to become global citizens, who can compete and reside worldwide.
The school also provides a wide variety of extra-curricular activities catering to each individual’s needs, talents, and interests.
Students are exposed to dance, music, and other cultural events through a number of inter-House competitions and club activities including fine arts, computer graphics, nature club, vocal & instrumental music, western & Indian classical dance, housekeeping, and cooking club.
The School also provides ample scope for the development of their student’s public speaking by way of organizing quizzes, debates, declamation, etc.
A number of Co-curricular Activities (CCA) are conducted in Chaitanya International school for the all-round development of our students. CC activities are as essential as Curricular activities and therefore, we go for an organized and well-planned schedule for their execution in our school. Students on a roll from class I onwards are divided into four Houses namely, Agni, Jal, Prithvi, and Vayu. This House system provides ample opportunities for to students get open platforms for nurturing and manifesting their skills whether natural or acquired. We organize competitions to boost a healthy competitive spirit. We have a list of activities to be taught, engaged, organized, and projected, some of which, with all pleasure, are listed below.
Sports
Track and field events, Kho-kho, Kabbadi, latte Katti, Kalari payattu, Mallkamb Skating, Cycling, Aerobics, Yoga, Chess, Carom, and a number of fun games.
Cultural
Music (Vocal & Instrumental),Dance (classical & non classical).
Art& Craft
(Drawing, coloring, sketching, portrait making, illustrations, collage making, origami, mural painting, flower making, Worli painting, Mandala art, etc…
Dramatics are added to encourage students to be smart in communication
Literary
Elocution, Poetry recitation, Debates, Declamation, Creative writing, Extempore, Quizzes etc…
